  • Drink 8 cups of water every day
  •  Water can help control calories

Fruit Infused Water
  •  For the first 10 days you will drink fruit infused water to help cleanse your body to give you the boost  of energy and lose weight
  •  Fruit infused water helps boost your metabolism
  • Gives you antioxidants and Vitamins that help support your body
  • Keeps your body  hydrated and adds natural flavors to your water

Exercise

  •  The American Heart Association recommends that all Americans exercise about 30-90 minutes on most days of the week.
  • Every day you should exercise it is crucial to you weight loss success
  •   Exercise is said to be 30% of weight loss and 70% Nutrition
