10 Day fruit infused water



Fruit infused water is a awesome way to get vitamins,antioxidants and fat burning enzymes that help boost weight loss. For the next 10 days you will follow the directions below closely in order to achieve results.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Fill pitcher with water then add fruit of your choice( will post various recipes on https://www.facebook.com/IMpossible365Fitness?ref=hl  )
2. Drink no less than 3  large cups a day( drink as much as you can)
3. Eat Healthy (5-6 portion controlled meals enriched with lean meats, veggies and fruits)-
4. Exercise (30-60 mins a day)
5. Watch your weight fall off( if you are following steps 1-4)
